You can choose to either submit

• a 15-page written report*
• or a 9-minute presentation (recorded with slides and narration) plus 6 pages* of supporting evidence in PDF format.

In addition to your report, you must submit your Works Cited as a separate PDF. (This is not included in either page count above.)

Here are some additional requirements:

• all written work must be Arial 11pt
• each page must have 2 cm margins on all four sides
• you do not have to double-space
• you must have sections labelled for each of the 3 criteria
  • each section must have sub-headings for each of the criteria strands
• embed the evidence for each relevant sub-section in your written report
• for presentations, some evidence can be presented and some can be submitted in the 6 accompanying pages
• the Works Cited must be formatted correctly and submitted as a separate PDF

Here is the process for Personal Project Supervisor Allocation*:

1. Students determine their project learning and product goals.
2. Students' goals are shared with all MYP teaching faculty.
3. Teachers identify students with whom they would like to work.
4. The Personal Project Coordinator and the MYP Coordinator will finalize the list of supervisors before it is shared with students and teachers.

*Alternatively, students can approach teachers and ask them to be their supervisor. We caution students that teachers may decline if they have already been approached by other students.

Please also note that we limit the number of supervisees per teacher. This changes depending on each teacher's workload, experience and possibly the number of Extended Essay students.
